 I enjoy giving back to my community through fun and meaningful ways, like organizing my annual wiffle ball tournament that helps our local food bank. It's such a great way to bring people together. Whether I'm volunteering my time or lending a helping hand at different local service events, I believe leadership off the field is just as important as it is on it.
